Gina Hamadey, the former Travel Editor at Food & Wine, has served as a journalist for more than 15 years. She is the author of the 2016 cookbook Buenos Nachos, and is a regular contributor to several publications, including Food & Wine, Saveur and Wine Enthusiast, and is Editor-in-Chief of the quarterly Beekman 1802 Almanac, which won the Adweek Readers’ Choice award for Hottest Newcomer of 2015. She was instrumental in launching Every Day with Rachael Ray, which quickly climbed to 1.7-million circulation and won Advertising Age's Launch of the Year. While there, she was an on-air correspondent on the Rachael Ray Show. She was introduced to the magazine industry at groundbreaking titles O, The Oprah Magazine and George.
